Hey there! I started my Journey as a child growing up on Vancouver Island, learning to love every aspect of the outdoors. I grew up Snowboarding and Mountain biking on Mount Washington and truly found my love for the mountains when I moved to the Yukon to finish school.
From there I moved to Alberta for work and learned of the beauty of the Rockies. I Met my wife who ignited my soul for climbing and hiking, and never looked back from there. She unfortunately passed away from cancer last year and it was her wish for me to keep living, keep climbing and summit every peak I could for her moving forward; and that’s what I’m doing.
I also have an 8 year old daughter who is my world and a little beagle who is the best climbing partner I could ever ask for. Mental health and grief are such a stigma in this world and I plan on showing everyone that anything is possible even with these shadows cast over us.
There’s light, peace and adventure to be found in the Mountains and I want everyone to see that!
